Coating over Shingles
Are you tired of your shingles blowing away in the wind? Or have a leak but can not find it? Well we have the solution for you! With our Conklin® coatings we can seal up your shingles without having to take them off. By sealing them with our coatings system it basically makes it into one giant shingle that is virtually impossible to blow off. Also because it is now a seamless roof you have no more leaks.
Coated Shingle Process
Coating your shingles is a seven step process:
Scabb in missing shingles for asthetic purposes.
Trim shingles as needed on perimiter.
Clean entire roof surface as needed.
Kwick Kaulk® entire perimiter of roof.
Apply Prime Timev and back roll it to entire roof surface, this is our primer.
Apply base coat and back roll it to entire roof surface.
Apply top coat and back roll it to entire roof surface.
*We can add granuals to the final coat for long gevity and aesthetics.
