Need a slope in your flat roof or need to fix a leaky roof? We have the answer to that. We install tapered EPS insulation that builds a slope into your roof so you do not have ponding water any more. Along with that you get a 6.2 R-Value per 1" of EPS.  

 
Ply System Process
The Ply System is a six step process:
  1. Clean roof as necessary.
  2. Install slip sheet if necessary.
                    • Slip sheet can consist of:
                    • ISO foam board 6.2 R-Value per 1" (Mechanically fastened with 3" plates and screws)
                    • Spray foam 6.2 R-Value per 1"
                    • EPS foam board 4.2 R-Value per 1" (this can be tapered to build a slope in roof) then ISO foam board 6.2 R-Value per 1" gets mechanically fastened on top with 3" plates and screws.
  3. Kwick Kaulk® seams if any to minimize gaps.
  4. Base coat and fabric seams if any and back roll.
  5. Base coat and fabric entire roof surface while back rolling.
  6. Top coat entire roof surface.
