Single Ply
If you are looking for a system that is proven to last over 20 years our single ply system is the one! We actually have 20 yr. warranties avaliable with our HyCrown® system. We can install our single ply systems three different ways. Mechanical fasten and Hy-Vac, we also do Balasted but we do not recommend it. If you have a flat roof and that is a problem we can fix that by installing a tappered system to fix your flat roof problems. In the process we will be adding insulation to your roof which is money you cant affored to lose.
Single Ply Process
Mechanical fasten single ply process:
Prepair roof as necessary for applicaiton.
Fasten slip sheet with 3" plates and screws.
Fasten single ply to roof using 2" plates and screws.
Clean seams with Xylene.
Weld all seams with heat welder.
Apply liquid HY-Crown to necessary places.
