If your metal roof leaks, is rusty, or is not energy efficent enough for you, we have the solution. With our proven MR system we can take care of all your metal roofing problems.
MR System Process
MR Systems have a 6 part process to sealing up your metal roofs:
Power wash the roof using our Weathered Acrilic Cleaner® and (or) Rust Off® to neutralize rust, remove dust, chalk, and other substances that would prohibit the coatings from adhearing to the roof.
Walk the entire roof to make sure all the screws are tight.
Walk roof for rust and apply Metal Ready® to prohibit rust from growing any more.
Kwick Kaulk® all screw heads so that they are all sealed properly. - Spray our base coat on every seam, which is then folowed by Spunflex® Fabric to properly seal the seams. Then another base coat is sprayed on top of the Spunflex Fabric before the first pass dries, then back roll.
Spray top coat onto the entire roof surface.
