Spray Polyurethane Foam
The insulation foam we spray comes from BASF. It has a 6.2 R-Value per 1" of foam. If you are looking for insulation or just added structural strength to your roof, our Spray Foam is the way to go.
Spray Foam Process
Spraying foam is a five step process to seal up your exsisting roof:
Clean the roof as needed
Move cars away from roof and mask off anything that foam should not be applied to.
Foam the required amount of foam. (1" is the min. but we recomend at least 1.5" just from experince)
Remove masking and trim where neccessary.
Kwick Kaulk® where neccessary and where trimming was done.
Base Coat entire roof surface.
Top Coat entire roof surface.
*If wanted we can add granules to Top Coat for long gevity and for aesthetics.
