EPDM Recoat Process
Recoating an EPDM roof has a six step process:
Power wash entire roof while using our Weather Acrilic Cleaner® to properly clean roof surface to create best bondability.
Prime the roof with our Prime Time®.
Cut EPDM roof where need to release shrinking EPDM.
Fasten EPDM to roof where needed using 3" plates and screws.
Base coat and fabric EPDM seams and where EPDM is cut.
Top coat entire roof surface.
